Shipping Policy

Standard Shipments

All shipments are sent out on the following business day or sooner unless otherwise notified. While we are online only and ship from Cleveland Ohio, local pickup options can be arranged. Please reach out to matthew@tcgmoonblast.com for any questions.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders ship out two days before the release date of new product. For example, if a product launches on a Friday, the orders will be shipped on the Wednesday before. If a product launches on a Monday (not common), it will be shipped out on the Friday before.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. With that said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we'll do everything possible to make it right -> matthew@tcgmoonblast.com

Cancellations can be requested before the product ships but are subject to a 3-6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made. Affirm and Afterpay are subject to the 6%, all other payment methods are 3%.
